Month of May
May has been a really good month. Back at Palmers, and I love going there and tidying up the weeds growing along the pathway. It feels good to help keep the place looking nice, and I enjoy being outside while doing it. We joined the Tauranga Brass Band for one of their practice sessions and shared a morning tea with them afterwards. It was so cool to watch and something different from what we normally do. Everyone was very welcoming, and it was interesting hearing all the different instruments being played together. We also went on a Yatton Park adventure, where we decided to walk towards Fraser Park Reserve, but we didn’t make it to the end because time was against us. Even though we didn’t get all the way there, it was still a nice walk and good to get out and enjoy the fresh air.
